Orientation Session of Counseling Center for New Graduate Students

Life as a graduate student is often a significant shift from the previous experiences. Whether it is academic demands, adjusting to a new lifestyle, or navigating interpersonal relationships, graduate students may face a variety of pressures and complex psychological challenges. This orientation session is designed to support graduate students. Counseling Center, we aim to help graduate students to identify potential stressors, offer strategies for self-care and adaptation, and introduce the counseling resources available on campus. [Note for Departments] The Counselling Center kindly invites all institutes to make use of the seminars, journal/ paper discussions, and student orientation activities from September to November to complete the process.
